Made a withdrawal for £418 on Oct 12th which still hasn't been processed. They asked for ID verification which I submitted but I have not had any reply despite emailing them 4 times. I have spoke to live help but they keep saying you will get your money this week. They have been saying that for a fortnight yet the withdrawal is still sitting in my account unprocessed.

Firstly I need to make you aware that as a UK citizen you should not be playing with any operator that does not hold a UKGC license. Cashpot Casino do not have a UKGC license and are breaking UK law by accepting your play.
This leads me on to my next point - WinBig21 is part of a group of casinos that have a very poor reputation, are well known for this type of issue and are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted at this site.
I'd strongly encourage you to disengage from any future play with this operator!
